Kyle Watts has been in the real estate business for over 22 years. He began as a Real Estate Agent in 2001, became a Broker in 2003 and started managing properties in 2005. Kyle began building homes as a custom builder in 2019. Kyle's wealth of experience and knowledge is second to none. As a Broker, Kyle can find you the perfect spot to build. We offer a cost-plus building model, which is transparent to the you as the client. We also work with several banks and partners to get you qualified.
